5 Tips To Boost Your Motivation for Working Out!

Have you ever set out to exercise, but then when the time comes, you’re convincing yourself, why NOT to do it? The struggle is real!

Wanting to workout is one thing, but actually doing it is another! Having the motivation to exercise can be totally challenging, especially when you're busy, tired, or have other commitments.

So what can you do to boost your motivation? Here are my top tips to get you pumped up and ready to slay your workout!

1. Remember your goals

The best way to boost motivation is to remember why you want to work out in the first place!

If you want to achieve a specific goal like fat loss, or muscle gain, then you need to put in the effort to make it happen for yourself. Having a clear goal in sight and remembering your goal every day, can really give you the drive you need to start your workout.

2. Get energized before a workout, talking Cofein lol

We all know exercise can boost energy, but what about if you feel super low energy before your workout? Exercising is the last thing you want to do when you're tired!

So what should you do? Find ways to boost your energy before your workout so you actually have the physical energy and mental motivation to smash your workout!

3. Workout with a friend

Having someone else working out with you can really boost your motivation! Exercising with a friend or family member can really help keep you accountable and give you the motivation you need to actually stick to your workout routine.

4. Let music hype you up

Music really does have the power to boost motivation and energy. Many of us  listen to music while working out, but a secret trick is to listen to music whilst you're getting ready to exercise.
As you're getting dressed into your activewear, play some energizing music.

5. Reward yourself

Finishing a workout is a major accomplishment that you should celebrate!

Have a clear reward in sight for once your workout is complete. It doesn’t have to be anything big — simple rewards such as taking a bubble bath, buying some new activewear, or watching a new show on Netflix are super effective ways to keep you motivated!
