Returning To Fitness? Here Is How To Get Motivated!

Are you ready to return back to fitness but not sure where to start? I have a solution for you!

When you’ve taken a long break from working out, it can feel really daunting getting back into it. After all, getting motivated is usually the hardest part!

Here are my tips on how to get motivated to return to fitness!

Make a commitment to yourself
If you want to return to fitness, you need to make a commitment to yourself! Making a conscious decision to focus on getting your training and nutrition back on track is the ultimate starting point to set you up for success.

You need to decide that YOU are ready to get back into it and that will give you the motivation you need to get started!

Sometimes making long-term commitments can feel unachievable, so making small daily steps is the way to start.

Set goals
Having a clear goal is what will help motivate you to start, and is also what motivates you to keep going!

So what do you want to achieve? Would you like to lose a few pounds? Gain some muscle? Or even just want to feel fit and active again? Whatever your goal, big or small, write it down and refer back to it often to give you the drive you need to workout!

Train smarter, not harder
You don’t need to train 6 days a week with hour-long sessions. You CAN get results only training 3-4 times a week, with 30-45 min sessions!

When getting back into fitness, it’s important to ease into it gradually. My personal  training programs are specially designed to work all your major muscle groups in just 30-40 minutes for 2-3 sessions per week! The focus is on compound exercises, which is what is going to give you the best results with limited time.

Cook easy to make meals
Getting back into fitness is a lot easier when you are fueling yourself correctly. Don’t underestimate the influence nutrition has on your ability to train, as well as helping give you energy and reach your goals faster!

Spending hours in the kitchen doing food prep is probably the last thing you want to do. After all, who has the time for that? Spend your time wisely by cooking easy to prep meals!

My Meal Plans are specifically designed to only include meals that take under 30 minutes to cook AND only have few ingredients to make food prep even easier for you! PLUS, the meals are absolutely delicious!

It can be super hard getting motivated again after a long break from fitness, but if you decide you are ready to get back into it again, then I cannot WAIT to help you along your journey and give you the motivation you’re looking for!
