* * * * * Silviya is an amazing trainer and nutritionist. I started working with her 3.5 weeks ago and I am already seeing results! Once I submitted my assessment/forms, she put together a plan for me that included what macros to hit and recipes. Another positive aspect is she is very easy to talk to and truly understands how each person is unique. So, you won’t get a cookie cutter plan, she will tailor it to your needs. Also, she is extremely responsive to emails, texts etc. I text her with questions I have about nutrition or workouts and she is always responsive and helpful. * * * * * Wish i could give Silviya 10 stars! She is everything you could possibly want in a trainer. My husband and I are old and every session begins with the list of our personal ailments du jour. Then she provides custom workout that is both exhausting in a good way & helps whatever is ailing us at the time.
